Diet low carb and diabetes

A low carbohydrate diet really help to control or even reverse type 2 diabetes? A study by Duke University, a diet food very low carbohydrate (20 grams or less per day) gave participants better control of blood glucose and weight loss more efficient than participants who followed a low blood sugar low-calorie diet.

Eighty-four people with obesity and type 2 diabetes participated in the study.
